Tanya & Tushar | Riverside on the Potomac Indian wedding | Leesburg, VA

Tanya and Tushar got all kinds of married out at Riverside on the Potomac. One ceremony couldn't contain their massive amount of awesome, so they had two. This thing was boisterous, joyous and mad, mad fun. In addition, we had all the weathers and a crazy beautiful country setting with actual barn for partying. In short, it was really great. And everything was so colorful and pretty! And these two and their friends and families had so much fun! Forgive me. There was a lot to photograph.) They started long before me, but I joined the fun the night before for their amazing Sangeet. So many of their friends and family participated in an outpouring of talent and love. They filled the Dulles Airport Marriott with purple and laughter. riverside-on-the-potomac-indian-wedding-1riverside-on-the-potomac-indian-wedding-2riverside-on-the-potomac-indian-wedding-3riverside-on-the-potomac-indian-wedding-4riverside-on-the-potomac-indian-wedding-5riverside-on-the-potomac-indian-wedding-6 Tanya's college roommates put together an amazing dance number from Romy and Michele's High School Reunion. Holly & Gene | Mt. Vernon Place United Methodist Church wedding | Washington, DC

Holly and Gene were married right in the heart of downtown DC at the Mt. Vernon Place United Methodist Church last week, surrounded by their very nearest and dearest. These cool cats have been all over the world together but brought it on home to DC for an intimate, personal wedding with three very lovely young ladies as attendants. Vernon square, so we took a quick jaunt across the street for photos with DC's beautiful public library. dc-wedding-photographers-21dc-wedding-photographers-22dc-wedding-photographers-24dc-wedding-photographers-25 Congratulations, you guys!

Laura & Brian | Newseum wedding | Washington, DC

Laura and Brian got married in one of DC's raddest venues, the Newseum. These cool cats are California folks now, but they brought it on back DC-style hard for one crazy night of giant red moons, cardboard cat cut-outs, famous-chef food, cameo singing appearances and even spent a little time with the Berlin Wall. Newseum-wedding-photography-16 We started the day at the JW Marriott. I guess I have the same eye while I'm shooting as while I'm blogging. Newseum-wedding-photography-7 Their ceremony was held on the terrace at the Newseum. It was warm, but you can't beat the backdrop.
